Whether it’s a bottle jack, floor jack, or industrial press jack, a failing hydraulic jack is more than an inconvenience — it’s a safety hazard. We provide complete hydraulic jack rebuilds for shops, fleets, construction crews, and equipment operators throughout Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and the surrounding Front Range.
Common Jack Problems We Fix
Jacks lose lift, leak fluid, or fail to hold load for a handful of recurring reasons: worn or torn seals, air trapped in the hydraulic circuit, a stuck or failed release valve, low or contaminated fluid, internal check valve wear, or a damaged ram/piston. Front Range temperature swings — from summer heat to subzero winter mornings — accelerate seal degradation and fluid breakdown, which is why jacks that sat in unheated shops or trailers often show up needing service sooner than expected.
Our Rebuild Process
Every jack that comes through our shop gets fully disassembled and inspected. We replace worn seals, O-rings, and gaskets with OEM or OEM-equivalent parts, inspect the ram and cylinder bore for scoring or pitting, clean and test check valves and the release mechanism, flush old fluid and refill with the correct hydraulic oil for your jack’s rating, and bleed air from the system. Once reassembled, every jack is load-tested before it goes back to you.
What We Service
Bottle jacks, floor/trolley jacks, farm jacks, transmission jacks, and shop press jacks — including common brands found across the region. We also service jacks integrated into lift equipment and fixtures.
Why It Matters
A jack that creeps under load or won’t hold pressure isn’t just an annoyance — it’s a liability. A proper rebuild restores factory-rated lift capacity and load-holding performance, often for a fraction of replacement cost.
