Why it matters
Every hour down costs you money
When a hydraulic pump fails on a job site, in a plant, or on a piece of heavy equipment — you don’t need a lecture. You need it fixed right and fast.
That’s exactly what we do. We’ve been running this shop for three decades, and we built our reputation one rebuild at a time. We’ve seen every failure mode in the book — worn barrel plates, blown seals, contaminated fluid, heat damage, cavitation erosion — and we know how to diagnose the real problem, not just swap the obvious part.
Most shops send your pump to a warehouse and you wait a week. We tear it down in-house, give you a straight answer on what it needs, and get it back to you running right. That’s the difference between a service shop and a shipping middleman.
We work on everything from small log splitter pumps to heavy industrial gear pumps running crane systems, presses, and mining equipment. If it moves fluid under pressure, we can rebuild it.

Who we work with
We service the industries that keep Colorado running
If your operation depends on hydraulic power, we’ve probably worked on something like yours.
Over 30 years we’ve worked alongside construction contractors, crane operators, agricultural outfits, mining operations, oil & gas service companies, manufacturing plants, municipalities, and equipment rental houses across the Denver metro, the Front Range, and beyond. We understand that downtime isn’t an abstract concept — it’s lost revenue, missed deadlines, and frustrated crews. That’s why we move with urgency and communicate clearly from the first call to final pickup.
We also offer field service for situations where pulling the unit isn’t practical. Give us a call and we’ll figure out the fastest path to getting you back online.
Our process
How a rebuild actually works
We don’t believe in mystery. Here’s what happens from the moment your pump arrives at the shop:
1
Teardown & inspection
We disassemble your pump completely — not just the obvious failure point. Every component gets measured and compared against spec. Nothing gets missed because we got in a hurry.
2
Straight-talk diagnosis
We call you with what we found and what it needs. We’ll tell you if it makes sense to rebuild or if replacement is the smarter move. No upsell — just the honest answer.
3
Precision rebuild
We use OEM-quality parts and hold tight tolerances. Bearings, seals, wear surfaces — rebuilt to factory spec or better. Thirty years of doing this means we don’t take shortcuts.
4
Test under load
Every pump is tested on our test stand before it leaves the shop. We verify pressure, flow, and efficiency — and we don’t ship it until the numbers are right.
5
Back in service
You get your pump back with documentation on what was done, parts used, and test results. No surprises, no mysteries.
Warranty on every rebuild
We stand behind our work. All rebuilds come with a written warranty — because if it’s done right, that shouldn’t be a problem.
